Rome, Italy. Two ongoing online courses are being taken by some members of the Claretian Family – 1) Selected Formators and 2) Youth and Vocations Ministry heads.
General Prefect of Formation, Fr. Leo Dalmao, CMF together with Fr. Marcos Garnica, CMF of the Province of México and Fr. Carlos Sanchez, CMF of CESC, organized a Workshop for Formators in Spanish with two phases. The first phase with 10 modules, which started on 26 August and ends on the 4th of November, is personal accompaniment course through email for some and for others through the e-learning platform of the General Prefecture of Formation. Selected Claretians are accompanying 2 from the Missionary Sisters of St. Anthony Mary Claret, 4 from the Religious of Mary Immaculate Claretian Missionary Sisters, and 12 Claretians from different Organisms of our Congregation. The second phase, the online school proper which will be hosted in Brazil, will start right after the end of the first phase.
On the other hand, on Monday, 3rd of September, the online school of the Youth and Vocation Ministry for the Claretian Family hosted in Brazil, both in English and Spanish, also started. It is participated by those in charge of the said ministry of each of the different member-congregations of the Claretian Family and of all the Organisms of our Congregation. This has been organized by the General Prefecture of Youth and Vocations headed by Bro. Carlos Verga, CMF. Classes will end in November before the scheduled two-week meeting in Rome of those who would have participated the course.
