Panama City, Panama. More or less six hundred pilgrims already arrived today, January 17, 2019, all set and ready for the start of the pre-World Youth Day event in Claretian Family (WYD 2019 + CF). The main venue of the gathering is at the Claret School of Panama run by the Religious of Mary Immaculate Claretian Missionary Sisters in Panama. The pilgrims coming from different parts of the world, communities, youth ministries and ministers of the different branches of the Claretian Family are being hosted in different homes near the school.
The Opening Mass that will be presided by Fr. Artur Teixeira, CMF, General Prefect of Formation of the Claretian Missionaries, will be at 10:00 am local time on Friday, January 18, 2019. It will be followed by the Opening Program. In the afternoon will be the Youth Synod and the Claret-Life Awards.
