Bouaké, Côte d’Ivoire. The Ordinary Assembly of the Superiors of the Organisms and Missions of the Claretian Missionaries of Africa (ACLA) was held in Bouaké, Côte d’Ivoire, from 23rd February to 2nd March 2025. Nine (09) Superiors and the Executive Secretary gathered to share mission experiences, address challenges, and propose solutions for ongoing projects.
Discussions focused on security, economic development, and support for war-affected countries. Special attention was given to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, leading to a resolution of solidarity and advocacy for peace. The Assembly designated 25th March as the Claretian Day of Prayer for Peace in Africa.


Participants visited the Basilica of Our Lady of Peace in Yamoussoukro and other significant sites, strengthening their fraternal bonds. The Assembly concluded with the election of a new leadership team led by Father Félix Obaga, CMF, and expressed gratitude for Father Jude Thaddeus Langeh, CMF, for his years of dedicated service.
This Assembly marked a significant moment of communion and commitment to the Claretian mission in Africa.
