Spain. The Claretians of Catalonia started the 21st Provincial Chapter last January 31st.
In this Chapter we want to examine how the decisions of the previous Chapter have been carried out, point out the lines of action and the priorities and elect the “Provincial Government” which will put
into practice the decisions that will be taken. We have the sincere intuition that this Chapter is not a routine Chapter as it could have been in times past. The changes that have happened to our church and also to our society will have their weight within the Chapter Hall. We perceive them as a direct appeal to our Claretian community. Beginning now we ask God to give us his Spirit of discernment so that we may be able to see with clarity the way that we must follow and have the necessary courage to bring it to conclusion. Of course we also trust in the prayers of our friends, in yours.
