Bengaluru, India. On January 6, 2025, the Institute of Consecrated Life – Sanyasa commenced its three-month Intensive Preparatory Course for Perpetual Profession (IPPP), a program designed to deepen the spiritual and vocational commitment of consecrated individuals. A formal initiation ceremony was held on January 10, welcoming 27 participants from six different religious congregations into the unique spiritual journey known as “the Forge.”

This program, inspired by the formative spirituality of St. Anthony Mary Claret, was revamped in 2024 to align with the Claretian Forge dynamics. It follows a structured path encompassing four distinct phases: Quid Prodest, Patris Mei, Caritas Christi, and Spiritus Domini. Each stage focuses on cultivating critical aspects of consecrated life, supported by tailored Vocational Growth Sessions (VGS) led by experienced spiritual guides.

Feedback from the previous year’s participants highlighted the transformative impact of this approach. The 2025 batch has also expressed enthusiasm for the journey ahead, reaffirming the program’s value in preparing individuals for lifelong commitment.

This initiative underscores the universal relevance of Claretian spirituality, positioning the Forge as a beacon for all consecrated persons seeking to deepen their vocational journey.
