Rome, Italy. The annual meeting of the Governments of the four Organism involved in reorganization process in Europe – Catalunya, Euskal Herria, France, and Italy – took place on 28 to 29 November 2018 at the General Curia in Rome. Among the agenda discussed was the approval of the final version of the Document that will be the basis of the Life and Mission Project of the new Province, a project that took several years of work carried out with the collaboration of Claretians and lay people. The document that defines the nature and organization of the “regionalized Province”, which will be an important feature of the new Organism, was also approved. And then they have decided on the name of the Province, based on the consultations done with the members of the four Organizations, to be proposed to the General Government.
God willing, the new Province will commence on 1 January 2020.
