Religious Professions in the Delegation of West Nigeria

Ibadan, Nigeria. September 8th, 2021, the Delegation of West Nigeria experienced the First and Final Profession of Vows of some brothers and students belonging to three organisms of the Congregation.

Three Students (Adegoke Adesola Anthony, Falajiki Oluwabusayo Andrew, and Ogbete Chukuebuka Kinsley) from the Delegation of West Nigeria, made their first Religious Profession today, while five Students (Simone Joao Antonio, Afonso Cosme Luis Rui Aguas, Marcolino Francisco Viyanga, Estevao Kapewa Fernado, and Francisco Chimbaia Manuel) from the Delegation of Mãe da África, Angola, three students (Obame Boris Jonathan, Venacio Sapa Mbala, and Pergentino Edjang Motu Nchama ) from Padre Xifré Delegation, Equatorial Guinea and five Students (Akpoja Peter Henry, Asaunla Vincent Temitope, Ejeh Kenneth Ojoniko, Utho Lawrence Oghenemano, and Fasakin Michael Oluwakayode) from the Delegation of West Nigeria made their Final Religious Profession at the Claret House of Theology, Elerumoke, Ibadan, Nigeria.

The Vicar of the Delegation of West Nigeria, Very Rev Fr. Matthias Ugochukwu Iheonu, CMF who presided and received the vows of the students both for the first and final profession, thank the students for availing themselves for the missionary life and task of the Congregation and Delegation. He prayed for them that they may be faithful in keeping their vows and the Charism of the Congregation of Missionaries, Sons of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
