Bangalore, India. Although limitations and restrictions continue for a second consecutive year due to the pandemic and its consequences, the spirit of the missionary vocation continues to inspire us and give us hope. Thus, once again, summer holidays, the usual annual retreats and preparations have had to be changed or cancelled. However, in the Province of Bangalore we have made some alternative plans for our spiritual renewal, especially for our students as they have been preparing for their religious professions and vows renewals.
The Major Organism of Bangalore has been blessed this year with four postulants starting their novitiate, four novices making their first religious profession, nine students renewing their temporary vows and one of our students making his perpetual profession. Even though these celebrations had to take place in not very festive circumstances and in different places, there was no lack of expression of our Claretian fraternity.
