Ernakulam Dt. INDIA. On 28 May 2011 the members of the St. Thomas Province of the Claretians celebrated the Provincial Assembly with the active participation of its members. The Assembly began with the Holy Eucharistic celebration in the morning presided over by Fr. Thomas Vattukulam, the Provincial Superior and concelebrated by other priests from various communities of the Province.
In the meeting, presided over by the Provincial Superior the participants could share their common Claretian missionary journey in the province, especially after the III Provincial Chapter, by reflecting on the proposals given in the Chapter Document.In the meeting Fr. Provincial introduced the members the Action Plan of the Province. Thereafter, the participants discussed in groups the Chapter Document and also shared their personal experiences of the Forge Journey.
The assembly reminded the members of the family spirit that prevails and the necessity of total commitment at the service of the province and the congregation.
