Colombia. On the occasion of the Bicentenary of the Birth of St. Anthony Mary Claret, the International Theologate “Los Mártires,” in Bogotá, organized a Panel on Claretian themes. This event took place in the Central See of the Conference or Religious of Colombia, (CRC), on Friday, October 19. Panel members were Fr. Jaime Moreno Umaña, with the Theme: “Temperament and structure of the personality of Claret”; Fr. Alfonso Reyes González, with the theme: “Spiritual Profile of St. A.M. Claret”; Fr. José Santos Torres Muñoz, with the theme: “The Bible in St. A.M. Claret”; the student of theology Carlos Darío Prieto, of the Venezuelan Delegation, with the theme: “Our Mission as Claretians in and for Latin America, with our eyes fixed on Claret.”
Fr. José María Flórez, Provincial, made the presentation of the Panel. Fr. Guillermo Ramírez, Provincial Prefect of Formation, closed the day’s work with a touching prayer. The women and men religious of the CRC were invited to the Panel. Fr. Carlos Julio Rozo Rubiano was the coordinator. The themes will be Published soon in a subsidy for the Permanent Formation of the Province.
