Rome, Italy. On February 27, 2020, the Union of Superiors General (USG) started sending its USG Newsletter, associated with its new website www.usgroma.org. The USG is an international organization of Superiors General of men’s Religious Institutes or Societies of Apostolic Life, of Pontifical Right.
With this new endeavor, the organization hopes that it will become, little by little, a good instrument of communication and communion among the members of the USG.
More on USG updates, on February 18, 2020, the Executive Committee of the USG of which Father General, Mathew Vattamattam, CMF is a member, met to evaluate the November 2019 General Assembly, as well as to prepare for the next one, which will take place from 27-29 May. The meeting with the new Superiors General, which took place on 26 November, was discussed and provisions were made for other future meetings.
