On December 23, the anniversary of the birth of Fr. Founder, a new biography of Claret has been published in Italian entitled “Sant’Antonio Mª Claret, Vescovo Missionario”. The author is Fr. Massimiliano Taroni, priest of a parish in Milan, journalist and publicist since 1993. He has written numerous bibliographic volumes of saints, founders, subsidies for catechesis and spirituality, books of stories for children, etc. The publishing house that has published the book is called VELAR, and the biography of Claret occupies the number 612 of the collection. The publication has been possible thanks to the collaboration of the General Curia, in particular Frs. Vicente Sanz, Louie Guades III, Gonzalo Fernandez, CMFF, and the Provincial Curia of Italy. In addition to the 2,000 copies published for the Congregation, the Publisher publishes another 2,000 copies that will be distributed by the different Italian bookstores. The publication has 48 pages and more than 70 full-color photographs. The presentation of the biography has been carried out by Cardinal José Saraiva, a Claretian missionary.
