As the Congregation of Missionaries Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Claretian Missionaries) celebrated for the first time the Claretian Vocation Day on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, Feast of the Visitation of Mary to Elizabeth, First, Renewal and Perpetual Professions took place in the Major Organisms in India, and almost six hundred Indians celebrated their anniversary of profession.
In Bangalore Province, four (4) novices made their First Profession, and nine (9) aspirants from all over India started their Novitiate formation at the interprovincial novitiate house in Carmelaram, Bangalore.
In Chennai Province, two (2) students made their Perpetual Profession, and seven (7) novices made their First Profession, at Claret Bhavan, Karumathur, Madurai, India. The silver Jubilee celebration of Religious Profession and Ordination of its members was held a day before.
In Kolkata Independent Delegation, one (1) student made his Perpetual Profession, and eight (8) novices made their First Profession.
In Northeast India Independent Delegation, one (1) student made his Perpetual Profession, and one (1) novice made his First Profession.
In St. Thomas Province, seven (7) students made their Perpetual Profession, six (6) made their First Profession and eighteen (18) renewed their Profession in a function held at Claret Bhavan, Kuravilangad, India.
Twenty-four (24) among the almost six hundred Indians, some of them are in other Major Organisms across the globe, celebrated their Silver Anniversary of Profession on the said date.
And last but not the least, in Isabela City, Philippines, Msgr. Leo Dalmao, CMF, Bishop of the Territorial Prelature of Isabela celebrated his Silver Anniversary of Ordination to the priesthood.
