Nairobi, Kenya. Three major events happened in St. Charles Lwanga Independent Delegation recently, two in June and one in the first week of July.
From June 6 to 8, 2022, eleven Claretian members of the Delegation who are in their quinquennium gathered in Nairobi for their ongoing program.

Then, on June 25, 2022, a Claretian deacon from Deutschland Province, a native of Bungoma (Kenya), D. Evans Iregi Njiraini, CMF, along with other six non-Claretian deacons and six students, received the order of priesthood and deacons respectively through the hands of Msgr. Mark Kadima Wamukoya, Bishop of the Diocese of Bungoma. Fr. Rafał Orłowski, CMF, of Polska Province, came and represented Deutschland Province. Several Claretians of the Delegation also attended.


And recently, on Monday, July 4, 2022, the Delegation held its second online recollection day facilitated by Fr. Paulson Veliyannoor, CMF, and gave them a reflection based on the theme “Towards a Culture of Discernment – living the QC dream.”
