Aug 2, 2021 | Centroamérica, Italia, Noticeboard, Ordinations, Sanctus Paulus

Usulután, El Salvador. On Saturday, July 31, 2021, Deacon Juan José Gutiérrez Quinteros, CMF, received his priestly orders. The newly ordained priest is of Salvadoran nationality and was ordained in the parish of Santuario Nuestra Señora de Santa Ana, Jucuarán, Usulután, El Salvador.

Fr. Juan José, until now a member of the Province of Centroamérica, was ordained by Bishop William Ernesto Iraheta Rivera, Bishop of the Diocese of Santiago Apostol and, once these days of celebration with friends, family and brothers of the Congregation are over, he will continue his missionary life in Italy, specifically in the community of Banchi Vecchi of the Province of Sanctus Paulus where he has been living since 2019.

We wish him a long and fruitful life in ministry. The Congregation, and concretely, the Province of Centroamérica rejoices with this wonderful gift that the Lord and the Heart of Mary give to our Church for the Kingdom of God.
