InCLA Empowers Faithful with Project Management and Fundraising Expertise

Abuja, Nigeria. In a transformative initiative, the Institute of Consecrated Life in Africa (InCLA) organised a Project Management and Fundraising Training program in Abuja, Nigeria, from November 16 to 17, 2023. The event, headed by Fr. Lord Winner, CMF, the General Mission Procurator and Director of Prisma, alongside the Director of InCLA, Fr. Peter Okonkwo, CMF, attracted a diverse group of over 70 participants, including priests, religious individuals, and lay people.

Representing various congregations, dioceses, and parishes from across Nigeria, the participants gathered to update their skills in project management and fundraising, aligning with InCLA’s mission to empower individuals for innovative ministries in service to the people of God.

Fr. Lord Winner’s expert guidance during the training sessions provided participants with valuable insights into effective project management strategies and fundraising techniques. The collaborative learning environment, enriched by the diverse backgrounds of the attendees, facilitated a robust exchange of ideas and experiences. This event not only equipped participants with practical tools for successful project execution but also strengthened a network of individuals dedicated to pioneering and impactful ministry initiatives nationwide.
