Rome, Italy. To support the Religious who are engaged in Social Apostolates, intensive training on Project Management and Fundraising are conducted by the Claretians every year. This Training is organized as a joint venture between Claretianum, General Mission Procure (Proclade Internazionale), and Mission Project Service, USA. Recently a new training platform has been launched by the General Mission Procure by the name PRISMA ( Project Instruction for Sustainable Management) which will conduct the program this year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Project Management, and Fundraising Training – PMF 2020 will be conducted Online, transmitted from Claretianum for participants all over the world.
The training will take place from the 27th of July 2020 to the 1st of August 2020, with a day of break in between (30th July 2020). The trainers are Project Consultants from Europe, the USA, and Asia. Many representatives from Catholic and Secular funding agencies also will interact with the participants after presenting the project selection process of their Organizations. The intended participants of this course are Superior Generals, General Council Members, Mission Procurators, Provincial Superiors, and Provincial level Project Directors belonging to various Congregations.
The contents are designed in such a way as to have a comprehensive understanding of the project funding landscape today. The various sessions will lead the participants to understand project planning, implementation, and evaluating them to obtain maximum impacts in the field. The training also offers various models of project management offices in religious congregations so that proper agents can be assigned by the congregations with the necessary infrastructure to obtain sustainable funding for their apostolic activities.
