The formation course for the newly elected Major Superiors was held at the General Curia in Rome from 28th to the 3rd of December 2022. It aims to equip and support them in the exercise of their service of authority in a synodal manner. Likewise, it seeks to hone their animating skills and promote co-responsibility, teamwork, and harmonious collaboration at all levels.
