Medellin, Colombia. The Provincial Superior of Colombia – Venezuela, Fr. Luis Armando Valencia Valencia, CMF, has been proclaimed winner of the 2018 Afrocolombianos Awards in the Education Category.
The Awards that teaches the Colombian society and young people that the color of the skin does not imply limits to dream, strive, and succeed is organized yearly by the El Espectador and the Fundación Color de Colombia.
