2. Betania Project
The Betania Project, initiated by the Claretian Missionary Sisters in Seville, Spain, opens the doors of its religious community to people, mostly young people and women, coming from Africa, Central and South America, offering them a safe and homely place where they can rest, study and prepare themselves to integrate into Spanish society.
The participants share daily experiences, study the language, prepare for primary or secondary education, and look for employment opportunities, in order to become independent.
The missionaries accompany and support these migrants during this process, celebrating their achievements and sharing their challenges.
