Nairobi, Kenya: The Charles Lwanga Independent Delegation of the Claretian Missionaries concluded a significant workshop on Claretian Discerning Leadership (CDL), held from October 9th to 14th, 2024, at Claret Villa, Karen, Nairobi. Twenty-two members of the delegation participated in this groundbreaking workshop, which was facilitated by Fr. Stanislaus Chigozie Ekwujuru, CMF, from the East Nigeria Province.
This initiative marks the first group to undertake the Claretian Discerning Leadership program, which is part of the ongoing formation efforts of the congregation. Designed to cultivate a culture of discernment within leadership roles, the workshop placed a strong emphasis on fostering a leadership style that aligns with both the principles of the Church and the values of the Claretian congregation.
