On March 25, 2025, Fr. Mathew Vattamattam, CMF, Superior General of the Claretian Missionaries, signed the decree that elevates the Indonesia-Timor Leste Independent Delegation to a Province. Henceforth, it will be known as the Ave Maria Province.
The Ave Maria Province currently has 111 perpetual professed members, 58 temporary professed students and brothers, and 8 novices. It has 19 houses and 2 residences in Indonesia and Timor Leste. As the Province prepares for its first Provincial Chapter, the present Delegation leaders will serve as its Provincial Government.

The territory of the new Province encompasses Indonesia: Sumatra, Kalimantan, Jawa, Sulawesi, Flores, Timor Barat, and Timor Leste: Dili, Bobonaro, Covalima (Suai). The Provincial Curia will be located in in Kupang, Jl. Claret, Matani, RT 034 / RW 009, Kel. Lasiana, Kec. Kelapa Lima, Kupang, NTT, 85228, (Indonesia).
Ave Maria Province belongs to the ASCLA East Conference of the Congregation, which now comprises two Provinces (Fr. Rhoel Gallardo, Ave Maria) and two Independent Delegations (Korea and East Asia).
