Bolivia. On January 4 and 5, an Encounter of Animators of Vocational Ministry of the Delegation of Bolivia took place in the Postulancy house of Cochabamba, coordinated by Juan Carlos Martos, General Secretary of Vocational Ministry. Present were: Alejandro Áñez, Nicanor Vázquez, Fidel Sivila, Bladymir Mamani, José Antonio de Abajo and Francisco Vicente Castedo.
After analyzing the situation of the VM of the Delegation, they studied the final document of the Encounter of VM of CICLA that was held in Panama last month of August 2007, which was used as guiding framework, and then some practical conclusions were made to animate and guide the VM of the Delegation.
The participants approved the operative proposals that included the elements of the analysis made (difficulties and needs of the VM) and some final decisions, which were presented as such to the General Government for its approval and confirmation.
