On December 12, 2022, formators from different formation houses in the Delegation gathered together at Wisma Claretian Benlutu, Soe, TTS to discuss and discern the formative process of being a Claretian Missionary according to the General Plan of Formation. During the encounter Fr. Joseph Mbungu said, “Formation is a lifelong process of conformity to Christ.” In gaining this objective the whole process of formation needs tool and means such as community, agents of formation and eventually the protagonist along the formation process itself, the formandi. The role of formator is nothing else than pointing the formandi to Jesus by giving examples.
The formators present for the encounter from different formation houses were; Hera, Timor Leste, Pre Novitiate Claret Kupang, Novitiate Claret Benlutu, Seminari Hati Maria Kupang, Skolastikat Claretian Yogyakarta, Biara St. Antonius Maria Claret Sinaksak, Pematang Siantar and Fr. Valens Agino, cmf, the major superior of the Delegation.
