India. SeA reflective and an action packed workshop on mission effectiveness was put into effect among the 32 Claretians of the province of Bangalore from 25th to 28th of Nov, 2008 at Claret Nivas Carmelaram, Bangalore. This workshop was based on the visit to 17 missions of the province by an expert team led by Fr. Joe Arimpoor, SDB.
The workshop aimed at re-vitalizing and imitating new vigour and enthusiasm ler se ha encaminado a revitalizar, dar among the Claretian missionaries to effect Claretianness in their various ministries and endeavours.
The four day intensive soul searching workshop started with a proposed guidelines/reference for the study. The participants were guided through a retrospective/ prospective view of our mission with the help of a systematically evolved reports from the missions. Based on this, reflection, insights and challenges were formulated. The participants went a step ahead to identify and prioritize the most important challenges faced in the missions. Through group wise discussions, a comprehensive action plan for the future was formulated with a positive punch for a vibrant mission ahead.
The input sessions, group works and sharing made the workshop very exhilarating and all returned to the mission with an action package at hand.
