Venezuela. During the days of April 28, 29 and 30, the twelve members of the governments of these organisms gathered in Los Teques, Venezuela. Once again it was a fraternal encounter and we continued taking steps towards a missionary project that may end in a new organism.

After some enlightenment on the reality of the host country, we passed on the concrete points of the encounter:

1st Preparation of the next assembly of local superiors of the three organisms, which will be held in June 2009 in the Picacho (Medellín) Colombia, and of the encounter of Prefects of Apostolate with the persons in charge of the respective areas, which will take place in the month of September.

2nd To present, correct and contribute ideas for the projects of the areas of Youth-Vocation Ministry, Formation and Economy. In the area of Formation, to stress that we worked on the Claretian missionary profile that we want so that our students in formation may continue working with a view to the new organism. Some proposals were made related to our young missionaries of the quinquennium. In the area of Economy, which was presented in this type of encounter for the first time, after the presentation of the of the reality of each organism, a commission integrated by the three economes was constituted, in order to work on making a more detailed analysis.

We want to stress the fraternity that has animated the entire encounter, as manifested in the celebrative moments of prayer and liturgy animated by each one of the areas, and animated as well in the cultural night by a chorale of Los Teques and the musical group Psalm 151, who delighted us with the best of the folklore of the country. In this night, we counted on the presence of our young formandi of Petare.
