Germany. On Sunday, May 23, 2010, Feast of Pentecost, after supper, the eighth Provincial Chapter of Germany began.
Fr. Alois Andelfinger, Provincial Vicar, welcomed the Chapter members, especially Fr. Emmanuel Edeh, General Consultor who will preside over the Chapter.
In a moment of silence they remembered those who suffered the unfortunate accident in Sri Lanka, which affected especially the Major Superior of this Province, Fr. Armin Sixt.
His photo placed in the place that would correspond to him reminds the participants of his presence. Then Fr. Emmanuel Edeh, taking again the Gospel text of the Feast of Pentecost, conducted a meditation based on the Lectio Divina method.
At the end of the first session, the Chapter members had a fraternal gathering to celebrate the 45th birthday of Bro. Josef Biberacher.
