Meanwhile, youth from the Claretian Family, have together experienced moments of great importance.
On the 16th in the morning, at the “Church of the Mexican Sombrero” (Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe), those in charge of the Claretian Missionary Sisters, the Cordimarian Filiation, and the Lay Claretians made the encounter along with Fr. Josep Abella, Superior General of the Claretians: a festival of the evangelizing testimony of our charismatic family.
On the 17th in the morning the “Claretian Walk” was organized in groups, traversing the places in the historic center of Madrid that refer to St. Anthony Mary Claret.
On the evening of that same day was a “Holy Hour” of prayer for vocations in the Chapel of the San Damaso Diocesan Seminary in Madrid.
During these days the Claretians have maintained a special booth dedicated to the “Vocations Fair” of World Youth Day.
Besides the activities related to the Claretian Family, the young people have been involved in catechetical, liturgical, and cultural activities of World Youth Day.
