Medellín, Colombia. Five students made their First Profession in the hands of Fr. Armando Valencia, CMF, Provincial Superior of Colombia – Venezuela, on the Feast of the Epiphany, 6 January 2019 at the Parroquia Jesús Nazareno in the City of Medellín.They were Schs. Iván Leiva, Ramiro Cuello, CMFF both from Argentina and belongs to the Province of San José del Sur; Schs. Bruno da Silva and Lucas Santiago, CMFF both from the Province of Brasil; and Alejandro Ramos from the Province of Colombia – Venezuela. Their Novice Master, Gilberto Franco, CMFF and other Claretian missionaries and invited guests were present during the celebrations.
On the other hand, eight novices also started their journey at the Interprovincial Noviciate House of Jesús Anibal Gómez in La Estrella, Antioquia. They are Novices Julián Echeverry (Colombia), Jaider Hoyos (Colombia), Johan Andrés Rojas (Colombia) Eliuth López (Venezuela), Hercules Amorim, (Brasil) Julio Boiago (Brasil), Lourival Robty de Souza,(Brasil), y Vitor Meira (Brasil).
We pray for their perseverance and faithfulness to their chosen vocation.
