Ariccia, Italy. Parting from the theme of the recently concluded Synod of Bishops on young people held in Rome last October 2018, members of the Union of Superior Generals (USG) take as its theme for its 91st Annual and General Assembly: Youth, Faith, and Discernment: Taking off Together from the Synod. The Assembly that is being held at the Ariccia Casa Divin Maestro in the municipality of Ariccia started today, Wednesday, 21 November 2018 and will end on Friday, 23rd.

There are four main topics for the panel discussions and dialogue in the Assembly: DISCERNMENT AS A STYLE OF CHURCH, EDUCATIONAL ACCOMPANIMENT AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GOSPEL, LIFE AS A VOCATION AND THE DIFFERENT VOCATIONS, A CHURCH FOR AND WITH THE YOUTH. The election of the USG President and Vice-President is planned to be held within these days.
