Rome, Italy. The General Mission Procure Council of the Claretian Missionaries met on March 28, 2022, at the General Curia to study the eighty (80) proposed projects received from the Major Organisms of the Congregation worldwide. Along with the members, Fr. Mathew Vattamattam CMF, Superior General, also joined the evaluation process.
The projects were evaluated based on the present performance of the Major Organisms and the priority of the needs present in the mission. Out of the eighty projects, fifty (50) of them were accepted for fundraising through various Claretian sources.
The financial summary and information about PRISMA Training were also shared with those present. The Council approved the proposal to upgrade CLAPNET, to include the management and monitoring of projects in real-time by Mission Procurators around the world.
The Council also felicitated Ms. Claudia Valentini who has become the permanent staff of the General Mission Procure.
In the end, Father General appreciated and thanked the General Mission Procure Team for their hard work in supporting the missions of our Congregation.
