Rome, Italy. On the 22nd of November 2021, the General Mission Procure Council Meeting took place at the General Curia, Rome to evaluate the projects received for the October 2021 Cycle. Very Rev.Fr. Mathew Vattamattam CMF, the Superior General and Rev. Fr. Pedro Belderrain CMF, the new Prefect of Apostolate, were present at the meeting in addition to other members of the Council like Fr. Manuel Tamargo CMF, the Prefect of Economy, Fr. Lord Winner CMF, the General Mission Procurator, Br. Salvador Segura, and Br. Giovanni Ramirez.
During the meeting, 71 projects which were received for the October cycle were studied and 52 of them were accepted by the Council. All those projects will be uploaded in CLAPNET platform for the Claretian sources to fundraise for them. Also, the budgets for both the General Mission Procure and Proclade Internazionale Onlus were also approved. Besides, Fr. Lord Winner CMF presented the future plans of PRISMA Trainings and Br. Giovanni Ramirez presented its Financial Statements. The methodology for the preparation of the Strategic Plan of the General Mission Procure for the years 2022-2027 was discussed and approved. After evaluating the present functioning of the General Mission Procure, the new plan will be developed in a participatory manner with the involvement of the Mission Procurators. It was estimated to be presented to the General Government during their session in March 2022.
